Filipino Style Macaroni Salad


Having macaroni salad for dinner is one of the necessity in the tables of Filipinos for special occasions. So here's a very simple salad recipe I've learned recently.

Prepare:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup all purpose cream
1/2 kg deboned roasted chicken
1/2 kg cooked macaroni
salt and black pepper to taste.

Prepare:
1 Oz tequila
1 Oz blue curacao
3 Oz whole or full cream milk
A dash of whole or full cream milk
White sugar

Chocolate Classic Fudge

Prepare:

2 squares unsweetened chocolate
3/4 cup milk
2 cups sugar
dash of salt
2 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla


Hot Fudge Sauce Recipe

Don't know what to do with your plain marshmallow? Try this!

Prepare:

3 oz. or 3 semi-sweet chocolate, cut up
2/3 cup sugar
1 can evaporated milk

Melt chocolate in small sauce pn over very low heat, stirring constantly. Stir in sugar and salt. Gradually add evaporated milk, stirring constantly. Heat until thickened and hot, stirring constantly.

Enjoy dipping your favorite fruits, mallows and wafers. ^_^

Very Delectable Chocolate Pudding Recipe

Prepare:

For the PUDDING:
2 1/4 cups milk
2 oz semi sweet chocolate, finely chopped
1/2 cup sugar*
2 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
2 eggs
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

For the TOPPING:
1/2 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 chocolate-covered peanut butter candy bar, chopped

Chocolate and Strawberry Torte Recipe

Prepare:

For the BROWNIE LAYER:
1 pack Fudge Brownie Mix
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup oil
1 egg

For the Filling:
1 pack softened cream cheese
1 1/2 cup milk
1 pack vanilla and pie filling mix
2 pints sliced strawberries (about 5 cups)

1/4 kilo ground pork
5 grams sweet ham
8 pcs eggs
½ cup evaporated milk
2 cups bean sprout
1 medium carrot, diced
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 medium white onion, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
250 grams Baguio beans, sliced thinly

Prepare:
1 tablespoon cooking oil
2 tablespoon onions, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
50 grams ground beef
2 cups beef/chicken stock
1/2 cup milk, evaporated
2 tablespoon green bell pepper
2 tablespoon red bell pepper
1/4 cup cheese, grated
1/4 cup shredded bacon

Today, I'm going to teach you on how to make
TUNA CASSEROLE (MY VERY OWN).
I used to prepare this recipe last year, when I'm taking our Semifinal exam in International Cuisine (My major subject last semester, and it cost too much ;P).
We are obliged to prepare and cook one recipe that will count as our exam.
