Vegetable Omelette Recipe

Prepare:

1/4 kilo ground pork
5 grams sweet ham
8 pcs eggs
½ cup evaporated milk
2 cups bean sprout
1 medium carrot, diced
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 medium white onion, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
250 grams Baguio beans, sliced thinly
1 medium green bell pepper
1 medium red bell pepper
35 grams Eden Cheese, cubed
Salt and pepper to taste

Here's How:

Combine the beaten eggs and evaporated milk in a bowl then set aside.
Sauté garlic, onion and ground pork, add salt and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add Baguio beans, carrots and other remaining vegetables, sweet ham and cheese. Stirring and cover for another 5 minutes.
Season with fish sauce and remove mixture from heat.
Heat the remaining oil in the frying pan and pour quarter of the egg mixture and cook over medium heat tilting pan until egg mixture is almost set.
Place a quarter of the vegetable mixture evenly over half of the omelette then fold the omelette to enclose filling and slide vegetable omelette onto a serving plate.
Repeat with the remaining egg and vegetable mixtures.
