Prepare:
1 Oz tequila
1 Oz blue curacao
3 Oz whole or full cream milk
A dash of whole or full cream milk
White sugar


Here's How:
Wet the rim of a martini glass and dip in sugar. Miw ingredients over ice and strain into glass. Swirl in whole milk or cream. Serve.
