TUNA PIZZA PANDESAL

Maybe you'll notice that every recipe has it's own story. But this one, it's just a typical recipe for people who wants to kill their boredom. This was perfect for snacks. :) Before this, I just remember my school days. Ahhh. I miss it! Oh, by the way, I remember one song I used to sing when I was in grade 1. Actually, it's not a song, it's a poem, I just put tune on it. :) Until now, I still know the lyrics and even the tune. That song goes this way:

CUSTARD CAKE WITH MACAPUNO

Lately, I remember I have a lot of cook books here in my room. Bakery Science caught my attention :). Here's one of the cakes we have made when I'm taking this course last semester. It was called "CUSTARD CAKE WITH MACAPUNO"..

SUNDAY DINNER

Last time, when I passed by on a book store, I remembered Ejboi who's asking for a comic book from me. I searched and searched but i didn't find any. Is there any Tagalog comic book available in any bookstore? The one with lessons is what I'm looking for. But instead of that comic book, I saw a a cook book that really fascinated me. It was entitled as "Sunday Dinner" and was published Hongkong (I guess! :P) Hahahaha!!.. Actually, why I did post it here because it was my very first time to buy cookbook. :) I love reading it even for the third time. I wasn't that familiar with some ingredients but the internet will help me with this. :)

Next time, I'll share what this recipe book contains. :)

BASIC GARLIC BREAD

When there's no "meryenda" at home and we have garlics, my Mom always look for tasty bread or even French bread. She prepares garlic bread for us. French breads are the best bread for this. You can see French breads on super markets but you'll not notice it because it was named as BAGUETTES. If you'll try one, you'll notice that is rubbery and really hard to chew. Here's a simple recipe for a basic garlic bread.

KITCHEN TIP #1

Cooking is the best hobby ever! You're not just satisfying your brain, but also your stomach. (YUN ANG MAGANDA! :) Yet, we need to be careful on what we are handling or using. There are sharp knives and other dangerous utensils, other are hot and that can really hurt us. That's why "PROPER UTENSILS" are highly recommended.

KREMA EN KESO DE LECHE FLAN

I'm searching for the best dessert lately, and now i settle in this one. It's just a typical food which my mom usually make when we have visitors which she had learned from my grandamom, "Lola Gitang" (I miss yah Lola :) umwahhhhhh!!). I just revised the recipe and add a little something on it. :) And I wanna share it with you. :)

Corned Beef Delight

Want excellent foods but no budget at all? Why not try Corned Beef Delight for break time?

I used to prepare this recipe last year, when I'm taking our Semifinal exam in International Cuisine (My major subject last semester, and it cost too much ;P).
We are obliged to prepare and cook one recipe that will count as our exam.

I didn't know if I can update my blog everyday, but I am assuring every reader that this blog (MWF) can help in terms of cooking.
So, wish me a nice start. And i hope I can share more things about cooking and all about HRM field.
