Old Fashioned Nut Bars

Prepare:
1 package or 8 squares semisweet chocolate
2/3 cup chopped nuts
2/3 cup raisins

Here's how:
Line bottom of 8x4 inch loaf pan with waxed paper, letting ends extend beyond pan. Melt chocolate in saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from hea and stir in raisins and nuts. Pour into loaf pan, spreading evenly. Tap pan several times to settle chocolate. Top with additional chopped or halved nuts, if desired. Chill until chocolate is firm. Lift from pan, remove waxed paper and cut into bars and squares.

Chocolate Classic Fudge

Prepare:

2 squares unsweetened chocolate
3/4 cup milk
2 cups sugar
dash of salt
2 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla

Prepare:
1/4 cup margarine or butter
3 cups miniature marshmallows or 20 large marshmallow
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 cups corn puff cereal (Kix Cereal)
1 package diced dried fruits and raisins

Prepare:

2 egg whites
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

For the PUDDING:
2 1/4 cups milk
2 oz semi sweet chocolate, finely chopped
1/2 cup sugar*
2 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
2 eggs
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

For the TOPPING:
1/2 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 chocolate-covered peanut butter candy bar, chopped

 Prepare:

For the BROWNIE:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup coarsely chopped creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreo!)

For the MOUSSE:
6 tablespoons water
1 1/2 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
1 cup whipping cream
1 (5 oz) creamy white bar with almonds, chopped (approximately 1 cup)
4 creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, chopped


For the DRIZZLE:
1/2 oz unsweetened chocolate or white baking bar, melted
