Prepare:
3 oz pkg. lemon flavor gelatin
1 cup boiling water
3/4 cup cold water
1/2 bus miniature marshmallows
1 banana sliced
8 oz can pineapple tidbits, drained, reserving liquid

TOPPING
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup whipped topping
4 oz or 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Pina colada flavors continue to be popular. Pineapple sherbet provides the frosty refreshment in this tropical drink.

Prepare:
2 cups pineapple sherbet, softened
1/3 cups crushed pineapple in its own juice, drained
1/4 cup rum
1/4 cup canned cream of coconut
2 teaspoons lime juice
2 cups crushed ice
1/4 cup toasted coconut if desired.

I want to start the month with chocolate, so here's another delectable dish that will make you drool for sure. ^_^

->The angel food cake can be baked a day before assembling the trifle. Then, make the dessert and store it in the refrigerator until serving time.

Prepare:
1 pack Angel Food Cake mix
1 pack chocolate fudge pudding and pie filling mix
2 cups skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups assorted cut-up fresh fruit (bananas, apricots, nectarines, mangoes, pineapple, peaches or strawberries)*
1 cup reduced-calorie frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 tablespoon grated chocolate
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
