Here's another recipe with cinnamon's benefits. :D
1/4 cup margarine or butter
3 cups miniature marshmallows or 20 large marshmallow
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 cups corn puff cereal (Kix Cereal)
1 package diced dried fruits and raisins
Butter square pan, 9x9x2 inches. Heat margarine and marshmallow in 3-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted; remove from heat. Stir in cinnamon. Stir in cereal and dried fruits until evenly coated.
Press mixture in pan with buttered back of spoon; cool. Cut into 2x1/2 inch bars. Can make 2 dozen bars.
