More Filipino Foods! Here's our version of beef steak!
Marinade: (mix all)
3 tablespoon calamansi juice
3 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 kilo beef tenderloin
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 white onion (cut into rings)
Slice the beef thinly with 3x3 inch size and marinate for 3 hours in the refrigerator. Saute the garlic and beef then cover the lid and cook at low fire. Turn the meat once in a while to prevent burnt smell. When done add the marinade and onion rings. Cover once more for a while or until the onion becomes wilted.
