Sizzling Tenderloin

As requested by one of my friend, whom I call Choi, here's a simple recipe of our favorite Sizzling Tenderloin.


Here's How:


Prepare:
2 tablespoons cooking oil
5 grams garlic- minced
50 grams onion- sliced
100 grams or 0.1 kilograms beef tenderloin
5 grams beef broth
1/2 tsp Worcestershire
1 cup soup stock
50 grams red and green bell peppers
4 pieces button  mushrooms
1 tbsp water


 In a large skillet, sauté garlic and onion until brown. Add beef tenderloin with beef broth. Simmer for 6 minutes or  until the beef is tender. Stir in Worcestershire and soup stock then add the bell peppers. Best with button mushrooms 2 minutes before end of cooking time. Serve in a sizzling plate topped with minced red bell peppers.
