Squash Okoy

Prepare:

3 cups grated squash
1 cup small shrimps
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped onions



Here's How:

Mix the squash, shrimp, flour, onions and salt to form batter. Deep fry 1/2 cup of batter until it floats and become crispy. Prepare a dip with combination of 1 cup vinegar, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon crushed garlic and a teaspoon sugar.
