Broiled Liempo


1 kilo liempo
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup vinegar or calamansi juice
1 cup brown sugar
2 pieces hot chili (chopped, optional)
1 teaspoon black pepper (ground)

Here's How:

Cut the liempo into thin strips and marinate in the remining 5 ingredients overnight. Broil while basting with its marinade. Do the same on the other side. Serve hot with soy sauce, vinegar and garlic solution or catsup.
