Filipino Style Macaroni Soup

Prepare:

1/2 kilo chicken (soup pack, cut into small pieces)
1/4 kilo chicken liver (cut thinly)
10 cups water
2 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 onion (sliced)
5 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 carrot (sliced thinly)
1 cup cabbage (cut small)
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
5 cups of elbow macaroni



Here's how:

Boil the chicken in 10 cups of water until done. Saute garlic, onion and carrots in butter and add to the boiled chicken. Season with salt and ground pepper. When it boils add the macaroni and liver and cook for another 3 minutes. Turn off fire and add the cabbages, Add milk right before serving.
