Chicken Tinola


Need soup for your lunch this rainy weekend?

Prepare:
1 kilo chicken (cut into serving pieces)
2 tablespoon ginger (sliced)
5 cloves garlic (minced)
1 onion (sliced)
1 tablespoon salt
5 cups water
2 cups chayote/sayote (cut into 1/2'x1/2')
1 cup chili young leaves


Here's How:

Saute the garlic, ginger, onion and chicken until fat starts to come out. Add water and salt and cook for about 10 minutes. Add sayote and continue until done. Add the chili leaves before turning off the fire.
