Honey Rice

No man likes the same thing every night. Here is an array of ways to zest to your menus. Tasty, try them!


Prepare:
3 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup seedless raisins
2 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 tablespoon lemon juice


Here's How:
Combine rice, raisins, milk, honey, and butter. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in lemon peel and juice. Serve hot.
