3 oz pkg. lemon flavor gelatin
1 cup boiling water
3/4 cup cold water
1/2 bus miniature marshmallows
1 banana sliced
8 oz can pineapple tidbits, drained, reserving liquid
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup whipped topping
4 oz or 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
In medium bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. stir in cold water. Refrigerate until thickened but not set. Stir in marshmallows, banana and pineapple tidbits. Pour into 8 or 9 inch square pan. Refrigerate until firm.
In small saucepan, combine sugar, flour, egg and 1/2 cup of reserved pineapple liquid. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Cool. Fold whipped topping into cooked mixture, spread over gelatin. Sprinkle with cheese. Refrigerate until serving time.
