Very Simple Carbonara

1 tbsp oil
1/2 cup sliced red onions
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 cup button mushrooms
1/2 kg roasted pork
2 packs carbonara sauce
1/2 kg pasta, cooked
salt and pepper to taste

Here's How:
Preheat pan with oil and saute the red onions until transparent, followed by the garlic being cooked until it becomes white. Toss pork and sauce and simmer. Fold in cooked pasta and mushroom. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with cheese and parsley.
