Healthy Chicken Burger

4 thick slices tomato
4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
8 slices cucumber
4 lettuce leaves
30g alfalfa sprouts
Chicken patties
500g chicken, minced
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
30g butter

Her's How:
To make patties, place chicken minced, egg, bread crumbs and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and mix to combine. Shape mixture into 8 patties, place on a plate, refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
Melt butter in a large frying pan and cook patties, pressing down with a spatula, for 3-4 minutes, each side or until cooked. Remove patties from pan and drain on absorbent kitchen paper.
To assemble burgers, place a tomato slice on a bottom half of each bun, top with 2 patties, 2 cucumber slices, a lettuce leaf, a few sprouts and top half of bun. Serve immediately.
