1/2 cup steak sauce
3 tbsp honey or brown sugar
2 tbsp each lemon juice and minced onion
1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
1 tsp mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp each, salt and ground pepper
6 thick, bone-in pork chops
Stir steak sauce with honey, lemon juice, onion, thyme, mustard, and garlic. Pour half of the marinade over pork chops and marinate over night in the refrigerator. Reserve remaining marinade.
Preheat grill to high then line with non-stick grill foil. Remove pork chops from marinade and season with salt and pepper.
Grill chops for 5 to 7 minutes per side, basting ofter with reserved marinade, or until an instant read thermometer inserted from the side of the chop into the center reads 160F (70C). Brush chops with unused marinade.
