Orange Spice Mold with Pears

Prepaire:
1 Envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup strongly brewed orange spice tea or herb tea
3/4 cup cubed fresh pear or apple
3/4 cup seedless green grapes, halved

Creamy, rich and refreshing!

Prepare:
3 cups fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries or boysenberries
1/4 cup water
3 oz. package raspberry flavor gelatin
1 pint vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
3 oz. package ladyfingers, split
Whipped cream or topping

 Prepare:

For the BROWNIE:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup coarsely chopped creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreo!)

For the MOUSSE:
6 tablespoons water
1 1/2 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
1 cup whipping cream
1 (5 oz) creamy white bar with almonds, chopped (approximately 1 cup)
4 creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, chopped


For the DRIZZLE:
1/2 oz unsweetened chocolate or white baking bar, melted
