Grilled Chicken Legs

Prepare:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 teaspoons finely chopped gingerroot or 2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 teaspoons lemon juice
10 chicken legs



Here's How:
Mix soy sauce, oil, gingerroot, garlic and lemon juice in large glass or plastic dish or in plastic bags. Add chicken legs, turn to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Remove chicken from marinade, grill chicken about 4 inches from hot coals about 40 minutes, turning and crushing with marinade several times until done. Enjoy! :)
