Beef Bulalo Recipe

Try this famous Filipino soup, the hotter, the better.

Prepare:
2 kilos beef bones
1 1/2 liters water
1 big and quartered onion
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 pc japanese corn
1/4 cup onion leeks
2 heads Chinese cabbage
1/4 kilo cabbage


Here's How:
Boil the first 6 ingredients in low fire until the beef becomes almost tender. Remove the soaring dark bubbles on the boiling solution. When almost done add all the remaining ingredients.
