Veggie Rice Pilaf Recipe
Prepare:
2 tablespoon cooking oil
2 cups cooked rice
3 pieces garlic, minced
1 medium onion chopped
100 grams sweet ham, diced
3 pieces hotdog, sliced
1 cup cabbage, chopped
½ cup Baguio beans, chopped
1 pc celery stalk, chopped
4 tbsp oyster sauce
5 tbsp soy sauce
1 pc green bell pepper, diced
1 small carrot, cubed
200 grams chicken breast
1 piece onion leaks, finely chopped
35 grams cheese, cubed
2 pieces fried egg, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Here's how:
1. In a large sauce pan, sauté garlic and onions. Add chicken, ham and hotdog. Simmer for 5 minutes until chicken is tender.
2. Add the vegetables ingredients, rice, and cheese and continue cooking until vegetables are tender.
3. Mix well to combine. Season pepper, salt, soy sauce and oyster sauce.
