Smoked Salmon with Wasabi Cream
Prepare:
8 oz cream cheese softened
2 tbsp fresh chives chopped
1 tbsp prepared wasabi
8 oz smoked salmon thinly sliced
chopped fresh chives
pepper and lemon wedges
32 pumpernickel cocktail rounds
Here's How:
Beat together cream cheese, 2 tbsp chives and wasabi until smooth. Spoon into serving dish; cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Arrange smoked salmon on large platter. Garnish with the remaining chives, pepper and lemon wedges. Serve with wasabi cream and bread.
