
Smoked salmon is so wonderful that it's best served simply without too much fussing. In this recipe, the wasabi gives the cream cheese an unexpected kick.
Prepare:

cream cheese
softened
2 tbsp fresh
chives
chopped
1 tbsp prepared
wasabi
8 oz smoked
salmon
thinly sliced
chopped fresh chives
pepper and lemon wedges

Here's How:
Beat together
cream cheese
, 2 tbsp chives and
wasabi
until smooth. Spoon into serving dish; cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Arrange smoked salmon on large platter. Garnish with the remaining
chives
, pepper and lemon wedges. Serve with wasabi cream and bread.
