Lemon Squares Recipe

Prepare:

1 1/2 cups ultimate cookie mix (click to see the recipe)
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel*
2 tablespoons lemon juice*
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
Powdered sugar

I love posting "student-friendly recipe" because i love those who leave comments in my posts. :) So here's another one. :)


Prepare:

1/4 cup oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
confectioners sugar for dusting
