Four Times Chocolate Cookie

Prepare:
1 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup bittersweet chocolate
1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 cups soft light brown sugar
3/4 cup unsalted butter
3 eggs
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 cups chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 325F. Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Melt bittersweet and unsweetened chocolate in double boiler over medium heat, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat and set aside. Cream brown sugar and butter until light. Add eggs one at a time until thoroughly blended. Add vanilla to creamed mixture. Add chocolate. Stir until combined, then add dry ingredients, being careful not to over mix. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Cookies should appear soft in the middle when done.
