Cheese Cake Plus Honey Recipe

Who will never love a rich, sweet and mouth-watering tart having a thick topping made with cream cheese? Yaps! I'm talking about CHEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSE CAKEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
Too tempting and powerful to be resisted. My aunt made this for us last week and what will be our expectation? Everybody liked it! Try for yourself and prove me right. :)

Prepare:
2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup honey
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 tbsp grated lemon peel
 2 tsp cornstarch



Here's How:
Blend cream cheese with honey until smooth. Beat in eggs and yolks. Add remaining ingredients; beat until smooth. Turn into prepared crust and bake at 300F for 50-60 minutes or until set. Cool and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled before serving.

For the crust:
Combine 1-1/4 cups flour, 1/2 cup ground walnuts and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Add 1/3 cup each honey and melted butter; mix well. Press into bottom and up sides of 8-inch spring form pan.
